Voices has just released their second CD, Ein deutches Requiem by Johannes Brahms. This unique new recording arranged by Andrew Raiskums features solists Rachel Chong (soprano), Alexander Hajek (baritone), and a brass emsemble. With the beginning of the Easter season, Voices will be joined by a string quartet for a performance of two works that were composed for Good Friday. Franz Joseph Haydn’s dramatic setting of the Seven Last Words, and the hauntingly beautiful Stabat Mater by Giovanni Battista Pergolesi. This is a concert that will inspire your spirit and invigorate your soul.
